By downloading or using SparkClean, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SparkClean for personal, non-commercial purposes.
SparkClean offers weekly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, and a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
The free tier allows up to 10 photo deletions per day. Features beyond this limit require a paid subscription.
You may not: reverse engineer the app, use it for commercial purposes without permission, or attempt to circumvent subscription verification.
SparkClean is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from use of the app. Always maintain backups of important photos before deleting them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SparkClean.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
